How we started

We were Landscape contractors who continually had problems sourcing and/or completing the curbs on our projects. We had to wait for specialists, they were late or on other jobs, the jobs took a long time to complete, the curbs sometimes cracked, or were damaged before they cured and so on. So out of frustration we developed methods of molding Curbs (Patent Pending) in a controlled factory environment and other methods to ensure that they could be installed rapidly.

As we can only ship our Precast molds a reasonable distance from our factory, we  offer an opportunity to other entrepreneurs in select areas to rent our Molds (Patent Pending) and produce Curbs in their marketplace. 

The bulk of the curbs utilised are the straight sections and a few curves.  Therefore to get going in this business one only needs a few of the common molds, the rest of the curbs can be shipped precast from us, until your volume grows to a point when you need a different patterened mold.
